For: Customer with Mellowhost hosted under the server name of the following:

ssd1.mellowhost.com

s9.mellowhost.com
server9.mellowhost.com

As you are well aware about a disk issue ongoing for last couple of months on the above server that can't be fixed on an usual way. The issue underlies in a hardware component and can only be fixed by an entire migration.  Which is why, we are required to migrate the entire disk to a new disk. As the situation is going beyond our control, we have to perform this on an emergency basis otherwise we might face large amount of data loss. While the migration takes place, we have to shut the server down entirely, and boot the entire system into rescue mode and complete the process. This process can take anywhere from 12-20 hours as the amount of data we need to migrate isn't small.

We have scheduled the following time to start the migration:

24th July, 2019, 8:00 PM (GMT + 6)

Server and other services are expected to be online from 
25th July, 2019 10:00 AM (GMT +6). Please note, if the system goes wrong in the middle, we might require to start the process earlier than scheduled.
